I suspect TP may become the new medium of exchange, at least this spring/summer.

I wasn't looking forward to the appointment, either. I mean, I love Dr. A, he's super sweet--if I could just teleport in, see only him and pop back home, I'd be fine. But the senior bus, the waiting room, etc. and back on yet another bus? Not so keen. (Oh, and getting dressed...I'm turning into such a house-elf in my old age: Not clothes! Anything but clothes!
