Walking down Dixon these days is a risky business. I worked on that street for 7 years at Catholic Charities- we had the occasional strange person wander in. From what I hear now from former co-workers, they have to call the police several times per week. It's a shame- Pine Ridge Shopping Ctr used to be a good place- we went to the movies in that theater as teens and later when it became a movie and draft house.
My dreams have been so strange lately that I don't know what to make of them--they involve people I haven't seen in 30+ years, too. Amazing what the brain does when we are asleep.
