SLEEVES being a key word here! So many modern brides opt for the strapless dresses and they are way too big to pull it off. I watched an episode of "Say Yes to the Dress- Plus Size" last night. ICK! One of the young women had to weigh 400 lbs or more- her arms were huge and she stuffed herself into a princess ball gown with no sleeves- it looked hideous. She kept saying she wanted to accentuate her curves- there were no curves, just lots of fat. She looked like a sausage.
I would think they'd have a little more pride- I never entertained the thought of strapless when I got married and I was a whisp of a girl back then. I don't even do sleeveless these days as I am so self-conscious about my arms.
Don't get me started on the brides who have LOTS of upper tattoos and chose their dresses poorly- it just looks trashy to me.
