Head-canon meme

As ganked from [livejournal.com profile] karaokegal.

How about headcanons? Reply with a name, along with a topic, or word and I'll tell you my head-canon for it.

List of fandoms I've written for at one time or another is on my profile page, and interests may also suggest topics. Please bear in mind, some fandoms may have fallen by the wayside and I'm not necessarily current with them (I stopped watching House MD, for instance, during the Tritter arc).

I'm sure you're right. I have the original series, which was #1 through #43. After that they were written by different people (not Robert Arthur) and some 'updating' changes were made. The stories I re-read the most were the early ones, probably #1 through #12 or thereabouts. So I honestly don't recall the details of the later books as well. If you need something looked up, though, I'm your gal!

Yeah, there were fewer than 20 out when I was reading them, I kinda went off them after Hitch died and they invented whatsisname, Hector Sebastian? (That does scramble my canon and theirs, though, since Hitch died in the mid-70s and in order to be younger than Spencer, Jupe would've had to be born in the mid80s.)

Right, again. After Hitch died and was no longer included in the books, some of the stories also ... suffered. The plots weren't as interesting, at least to me. I still *adore* the original series but I enjoy the first half or so (1-20) way more than I do the latter half.

Yeah, I definitely need to snag a few the next time I'm at the library. It's been way too long!
