Yay, Scottish Deerhound!

vanillafluffyI was rooting for the Borzoi in the Hound Group, but I *do* like this dog---awesome mover, just floating as she goes. So while she wouldn't have been my first choice, she was my favorite of the group winners who were up for Best in Show, and the darling Italian gentleman who judged them felt the same. Hooray for Hickory!
(I was really disappointed by the Miniature Schnauzer, he was a real robot, no personality came through at all. The Smooth-Coat Fox Terrier that got the group win would've been my second choice for best, and the Shar-Pei was my third choice.
Although the Akita---!magnificent! Really, I would've put him up for Working Dog. Jazz, my friend PR's service dog Akita, is gorgeous, and such a sweetheart! I've really become won by the breed.

karaokegal, how about a Black Sheep drabble about Meatball? Think he ever learned to open his own beers? Or maybe he sniffed out something potentially scandalous....
