I understand thrifting Christmas. Pretty much everything I gave was acquired secondhand. I *did* splurge on GK's birthday gift(s). There was a fancy die-cut robot card--she has a robot-themed bathroom, if you can believe that, and I figure she can hang it up in there. And I found her a wrap that will cling to her Instant Pot and make it look like R2D2. She loved them, and the sci-fi crowd at the party was appreciative.
NYE is going to be dead quiet, and I'm fine with that. I'm currently rereading my way through "Knockdown", which they had for cheap on Book Bub. I'm way past the days of partying my way into a new year!
