I'm going to bed now!

The fact that it's quarter to 5 AM is a pretty good indication that maybe, just maybe, my afternoon nap yesterday was a WEE bit too long.

But the pr0n is coming along splendidly. The only problem with gift fics is that one can't schmooze them as one would other projects: Do you think if A happened, it would lead to B? If Y happened to X, would the result be Z? Is This out of character for So And So, or would it be believable in light of Thus And Such? Eh, whatever.

I'm just glad I checked the due date---NEXT Wednesday. So I have the whole weekend to get it finished/polished/betaed. Yay.

I'm a bad girl....

I called In-Charge and asked what the chance was of me getting today off...and they gave it to me. That gives me another day to straighten out my sleep schedule, cuzz I didn't doze off til around 5 AM, and even then, I had a lot of weird-ass dreams. Nothing I quite remember...something about a hotel I was in, and it was like a maze, where doors and panels shifted and receded. A long flight of concrete stairs, outside, with no railing. Everything was very ominous, and not very restful.

I will probably regret this on a future paycheck, but right not, it's just a relief. I have to do Schnauzerland tomorrow, so at least I don't have to go there directly after 8 hours of dealing with idiots. This way, the only extended drive I have will be from there to work on Thursday. Much less stressful!
