O frabjuous day, calloo-callay, she chortled in her joy

Trash pickup *finally* claimed the huge pile of yard debris that's been blocking half the yard for the last couple weeks---the Guatemalean Forestry Service was very thorough in clearing out palmetto scrub and other overgrowth, but the "green" trash only gets picked up every so often. I was starting to think about calling around to try to arrange it, because all I need is more hassle with code enforcement. All gone---except for the tires. What am I supposed to do, fill them with dirt and use them as planters?!

Yesterday was Not Fun, but I soldiered through, and slept for ten hours last night. ( Had lots of bizarre dreams. )

Today is payday, so I get to pay some bills, yay! Then next paycheck, I get to make my first installment to the county. Yay.

Now to grab some brunch and a shower before work, tra-la....
