Status report

After two nights of insomnia, I can barely wake up this morning. Lucky for me, T'bunny is in the same condition. Right now, my eyes are cracked, I'm working on my first can of caffeine, and she's going to be here in 45 minutes so we can get 'r done.

(I don't know why, but lately I've been looking for excuses to use that phrase....)

Meh. Onward.

I've been stood up

T'bunny called at the last minute, and said she'd received an emergency summons from missybrat, who was stressing out about the impending holidays and on the verge of breaking her 18-week abstinence from nicotine.

*sigh* I certainly don't want that---she's smoked for longer than I've known her, and I'm very glad she's quit...the timing just sucks, that's all.

I'm tired, but I can't *quite* get back to sleep, so I guess I'll try to get something productive done.

The total number of books to go out stands at 202, and I got the Crack!fic That Grew a Plot up to 6700 words.

Now all I have to do is get through my shift tonight, and I'll be have two days off and be back to a normal schedule next week, Deo gratis.
