I've just gotten back from the store, having floated a check because I was in dire need of bathroom tissue...and on the "hanged for a sheep" principle, I shopped big. I grabbed a bunch of salads and veggies, and I'm hoping that prolonged exposure to Good Eats and Epicurious.com will enable me to create lovely, healthy meals. (I've never made a bisque in my life, but I'm determined to recreate that baby portobello bisque I had at Panera.) They also had a bogo on sirloin, so I grabbed a couple of those because I MISS beef. I'm so damn tired of eggs---!

I had to clean out my fridge to make room for it all. Ugh. I've got to keep a closer eye on that, the amount of stuff that expired in November was scary.

EDIT: I found the ingredients list on their website: Ingredients: Water, milk, mushrooms, potatoes, onions, seasoning (wheat flour, modified corn starch, salt, spices), Madeira wine (wine, salt, potassium sorbate, sulfites), butter (cream, water), cream (cream, milk), mushroom stock (cultivated mushroom concentrate, maltodextrin, canola oil, salt, egg yolk powder, natural flavor), veal stock (concentrated veal broth, water), beef stock (concentrated beef broth, water, salt), flavor (egg yolk powder, yeast extract, lactose, cocoa powder), mirepoix stock (celery juice, carrot juice, onion juice), tomato paste, cane sugar, garlic concentrate, mushroom concentrate, chicken stock (chicken stock, water, concentrated chicken broth), flavor (maltodextrin, salt, yeast extract, egg yolk powder, lactose), cane sugar, chicken fat, celery broth, carrot broth, garlic stock (garlic juice concentrate, lactose, clover honey, olive oil, dehydrated potato flakes, cane sugar, canola oil, salt, essential oils), spice. This IS going to be a challenge....
