Damn, I've got some good reflexes.

Part of the route I take from home to here (Cocoa to Merritt Island) entails a stretch of curvy two-lane road with minimal lighting.

I realized that the two cars coming toward me on said road were side-by-side in flagrant disregard of the double-yellow line. Remarkably, I didn't freak, just got the hell over onto the thankfully wide shoulder as they roared past.

Got thoroughly adrenalated. (Have I invented a new word? Perhaps.) Made it back to the house, less shaky than I would have expected after such a close call. Go, me.
