Getting the party started
Mar. 22nd, 2008 01:40 pmAnticipating tomorrow, I have a panful of Ghiradelli brownies in the oven. I have the three dyed eggs from last week's CUUPs activity. And I have a chocolate bunny in the fridge.
I was tempted by the potted hyacinths at Publix---the scent of hyacinths IS Easter, to me---but economy dictates otherwise. *sigh*
Speaking of growing things, the seedlings are progressing, EXCEPT for the sage. *scowl* The tomatoes, on the other hand, are popping up like mad. I'm going to have to repot them into separate pots within the next week or two so they don't choke each other. Here's to a bumper crop of my favorite "fruit"!
Aha! The Guatemalan Forestry Service has just arrived. Excellent timing on their part---they ought to be done by the time I have to get on the phone.
Here's hoping everyone is busy getting their festive on and is too busy to call and pester me. Last night was medium---a decent amount of calls and orders, but only one real asshat (on Pelts Leathermore) who really wanted to bust my chops.
Happy Easter/Ostara, y'all!
