What's going on

Kat is still in hospital. They've got her comfortably medicated, but the social workers insist she can not be left alone, at all, period. She wants to go to Oklahoma and stay at the nursing home her mother is in, and GK is going to make some calls tomorrow to see if that's feasible. At this point, she has BC and That Neighbor lined up as caregivers if OK doesn't work out, and I said I was willing to be a relief person. (And in truth, I am *much* relieved that she's not trying to recruit me 24/7 as per last week's plan.)

I also advised GK that I won't be availble at the end of February/beginning of March, as I'll be house/pet-sitting for the C's, who are going to a family wedding out of state. (And I've flagged the email in case there's any question later.)

Anyway, that's what's new and important....
