Thanks to ang5fam sending me the info, I now have a clinic appt for next Thursday. When they asked what for, I said high blood pressure, which is true as far as it goes, but there are so many other things that that's the tip of the iceburg. Fix me.

I have another round of Kat-sitting this evening, which I'm dreading. I'm feeling stressed and depressed about that, I can't help it.
