Happy Valentine's Day, y'all!
Feb. 14th, 2012 09:55 pmThe last two mornings have been exceptionally quiet without the yard traffic. (I don't *think* I've had any since the other day. Remarkable!) No traffic means nobody setting off the dogs next door, and apparently nobody loitering out front conversing loudly. (It seems NONE of these people have volume control or inside voices.)
Went to Publix for a few things and bumped into Mb and Jazz the Wonder Akita. (Don't tell them, but I think the Akita at Westminster is prettier. On the other hand, I'm sure Jazz is smarter.) schmoozed and caught up on things, then I came home and discovered I'd gotten the wrong toilet paper and somehow the lunchmeat I'd gotten at the deli hadn't made it into any of my bags. Didn't have enough energy to turn around and go back out, I'll take care of it tomorrow.
Have been going through my DVR to thin the herd a bit...watched the first two SPN eps from after the break...I liked them both, "Adventures in Baby-sitting" and "Time After Time". I even saved TAT. That's as far as I got, though.
Justified shortly, then I'm probably going to hit the hay. I'm trying to reset my clock at bit, since I've got a lunch date with Big Red this weekend at 11AM. Lunchand a movie---we're going to take anothercrack at Panera, then see "One for the Money", which I've been itching to see. Was going to see it last weekend, but got the invite and have nobly refrained.
TTFN.
