I'm well-stocked with peanut butter and bulk-purchased rye bread. Next: getting decaffeinated. I don't look forward to it, but the last time I tried to decaffeinate I spent a couple weeks feeling like shit and had no energy---finally went back to it out of self-preservation. I'm hoping that I can kick it without all the background agita....
