Other!Dean hooks up with Carmen, John lives to see grandchildren. Sam and Pam become an item. Our!Dean *does* get raised from Perdition, just later than happened in canon. No Apocalypse; enough with the freakin' Apocalypse, already. And they all live happily ever after.
Or at least, happier than they would if Kripke was writing it.
