Stressed? Me?

I don't know if it's the stress or the weather, but my hair is coming out in handfuls. This is not good.

That happens to me sometimes, too. I agree, it's freaky. I think it's Omega-3 fatty acids that help hair and skin and such (don't quote me on that, though). Maybe try eating more fish?

I had tuna for dinner last night. (I have a tuna stockpile. Also eggs, pasta and beans...cheap eats.)
