I spent maybe an hour last night looking at that site, then got up this morning and unloaded the dishwasher and reloaded it, cleaned the toilet bowl, put away some stuff, did a load of laundry. It's only 10:20 a.m.
It's really a lot like Fly Lady, only with the f-bomb. I couldn't stand Fly Lady because of the constant nudges to do things (and the get up and get dressed crap). I quit that in one day. This is a hell of a lot more me.
