My diet cola consumption having gotten completely out of hand, I'm decaffinating. Not cold turkey---that's too masochistic---but tapering off. I awoke with a beastly headache this morning, but I confined myself to ice tea at lunch and haven't had any vavoom since.

That said, don't be too surprised if I'm a bit lackluster this week. I feel like crap. (Not looking for sympathy; it's my vice, I own it. Just sayin'....)
