2010 Kickoff Post

vanillafluffyIt's raining here, which puts me in mind of the old belief that if it rains on your wedding day, you'll never weep during your marriage. Never having been married (raining or not), I can't attest to that, but I'm hoping it'll be true as far as 2010 goes.
Dragged myself out of bed in time to catch most of the Rose Bowl Parade, which was as always, very cool. Sat through HGTV's sneak peek of "The Antonio Treatment", a grunge rocker who does interior design, and he's my type of hawt, so I'll probably keep an eye on him.
Had I But Known: the trash pickup ran as usual today---I thought it was a holiday. Pooh!
