vanillafluffyLast week's red hot job possibility has gone to someone else, but there's an interview in the works for something else for next week. (I'm not going on about it, because, y'know---jinx.) The lead came, not from the state job site, but via a friend of a friend. I need to dust off a few references I haven't been in touch with in a while.
Sometime soon, Mb says she and Bunny are going to teach me how to extreme coupon. (Although, NOT as extreme as some of those people on TLC who clear out whole shelves of product and have entire rooms dedicated to their haul. Even if it's free, what's the point of getting four dozen of some condiment you don't even USE?!)
I got most of the icky stuff out of the fridge and down to the curb. Didn't get the TV last week, which was a blessing, because it's given me more time to clean.
Tomorrow being Friday, I have media night scheduled with J. Last week we went through several eps of The Dog Whisperer (Season Three) that she has from the library, and we're also making progress working our way through Trauma (mine). Not much of a social life, but what the hell, it's air-conditioned!
