Sweet dreams are made of these (2)

Almost forgot the dream I had this morning--I was in New York City. I'd gotten into a hotel room, not by the main door, but by a connecting door. I'd been there some weeks prior, after seeing a theatrical production of a play called Diet.
To my surprise, in addition to a copy of the Playbill, there was a prop there from Diet in the room, a blue rectangular Art Deco vase. It was on the floor by the door, which bothered me, because it was almost sure to get broken there. I picked it up and wrapped it in a towel. Yes, I was going to steal it. It was clearly being neglected--nobody had been in the room for weeks--and it would be a nice souvenir of the play.
I woke thinking, "Security cameras, you idiot!", not to mention "Fingerprints!".
I do wonder where my subconscious comes up with some of this stuff.
