Tuesday is the new Monday

I still don't know what's going on with my schedule next week, but I know it's Le Snobbi who's screwing it up. *eyeroll, snarl*
Today was a total clusterfuck. One of the drives was down, so we couldn't access the cheat sheet that helps us keep things straight, like the price match policies, or the cost of various levels of shipping. Le Snobbi is having one of their semi-annual sales, so all manner of neurotic bitches were coming out of the woodwork, and we couldn't access their inventory at all, because it was on the drive that was down.
Around 11, I got a call from this little twatling on Trendicrap, whining that she received her order and the bikini bottom was too BIG (She ordered medium, she got medium, period.) and we HAD to overnight the right size to her because on Saturday she's leaving on a cruise.
Bite me, bitch.
So I called over to Larry the Leprechaun (Okay, so his name isn't Larry, and I'm not even sure if he's Irish, but if he wore a green shirt and shorts, you'd feel compelled to ask him where he's hiding his his pot of gold.) on Help Desk, who said, "What the hell, it's not our money---give it to her." This is unprescedented. Free shipping on reorders, yes, but only for whatever shipping they originally had, in this case, Standard Ground, a/k/a the Slow Boat to China method.
So basically, she got her damned order at our expense, because the cost of the item with tax was like, $17, and the overnite shipping was $24. We were all frustrated and pissed off, and everyone had crappy handle time. Ugh!
Tomorrow? I have to BE THERE at 1:30 for Posh Brits training. *sigh* I usually like them, but did they have to pick my day off to train on?!
Is it me, or did Mercury just go retrograde with a vengeance?
