Where am I? What day is it?

This evening, I was absolutely convinced it was Saturday. I *knew* it wasn't, but I kept catching myself thinking of it as a typical Saturday night.

It was busy all evening long. Took a bunch of orders...unfortunately, a lot of them didn't go through for one reason or another. Trendicrap is having trouble with their gift card system, which killed a couple, some just wouldn't authorize. Massive pain in the ass...and of course, no freaking help desk. (Think, people! If you had trouble with your bank, would you wait until evening/a weekend to discuss it with them? If you answered yes, you're too dumb to be allowed to use the phone, please hang up immediately!)

I took a can of soup with me, made sure I had flatware...didn't have anything to empty it into to cook it, and wasn't about to spoon cold soup straight from the can...was quite hungry by the time I got home. I'm really tired of soft food and trying to chew without knocking that one tooth. I'm trying to make my painkillers last; I've got to figure out how I'm going to get my mouth fixed with all this other shit going on. Damn county. Damn ornery asswipe trouble-making neighbors...!
