I'm feeling friskier than I have in a while---my mouth doesn't hurt! I don't just mean a lack of post-op pain---I think the drugs are helping that---but the pocket of infection on my chin is gone: that's been there since before Labor Day. Add to that, my top and bottom teeth can meet squarely without that one (out of alignment because of the infection) twinging.

Okay, where was I? I think I've finally caught up on my rest. (I love the C's dearly, but that guest bed---! Guh. Guest futon is more like it. It's a double, which I can handle, but it's on a wrought-iron frame that's not long enough for anyone over 5'5" AND it's a mattress without a box spring...like a ROCK.) The Asbury Arms sale deprived me of some sleep, too, but that was totally worth it. I'm still all warm and fuzzy about running into [livejournal.com profile] missybrat. Got a few nice acquisitions, too.

Tonight marks the first time I've seen House in ages. I caught the first few eps of last season, bits and pieces of the Tritter arc, and nothing since.

I squee'd and flailed A LOT. )
