Sleep or cake?

Was nodding off in front of the TV, so I thought I'd go to bed early...like 10 PM. Since I only had 4 hours sleep last night, I figured I'd be OUT. Uhh...slept about 3 hours, now I'm half-awake, half unconscious. (Pick one!)

This will make for a fun day if I can't get a few more hours before work....

*does the conversion and blinks* 104?! Actual temp, or "comfort index"? If it's the former, I'm impressed (and horrified)...the later, less so, because we were there weeks ago and keep playing tag with it. Ugh. And it's barely August---!

Lately I seem to want to be doing all my good sleeping when I really ought to be at work. This does not fit well with that pesky need to earn a living.

Eeehhh! Wonderful icon! Eddie totally rocks. Over the July 4 holiday, the BBC America ran a 6-hour block of his stand-up concerts. It was heaven on a TV screen.
