Hehee. The "rare roast beer" would be even funnier. Typos that actually make sense are the hardest ones to catch.

I have such a boring life I couldn't come up with four gadgets. What I'd consider gadgets (a cellphone and a laptop) most people would consider as commonplace as a flush toilet.

It was a stretch. The headphones aren't even hooked up to a stereo, but it was that or, as you say, something totally ho-hum, or just plain strange. I mean, I've got one of those foot bath thingies---I've used it exactly twice in the 10 years I've had it---or stuff like a microwave, a toaster, VCR, battery-operated personal devices, a boombox....
