Barreled home last night and was immensely relieved to find out my DVR did NOT have any coniptions while recording SPN 4.1, about which I was squeefully pleased. I'm not going to go into details right now (I want to watch it again! And again! *flails*), but we're going to be going in a very interesting direction this season.

I've cleared off my countertop. My sink is empty. I have clean laundry, including a few things I'd lost track of for months (Although honestly, denim in Florida in full summer? NO.) and today is payday, hooray, hooray. Granted, it's going to be gone by Monday, but what else is new?

Me too. I think it's the fact that summer is loosening its grip...I believe my brains were beginning to poach. (Although...how long is this decaf headache supposed to last? The only caffeine I've had since iced tea on Monday was an Excedrin yesterday. Every morning, I wake up with a low-grade headache, and I'm really over it.)

Like I said, it's a miserable detox and not one that likes to loosen its grip. On the other hand, could the headache be stress or sinus or something other than a withdrawal symptom?

Had a major weeping meltdown at work yesterday, and my sinuses were clogged for many hours afterward. (I wasn't going to bring it up, because I feel better now, and I have the worrying feeling that all I've done lately is bitch, and I hate that.) Hence the Excedrin.

If you need to bitch, this is the place to do it. In fact, most of my f-list has been a giant bitch-session lately. Sinus headaches are also quite brutal, and if you've got the caffeine blahs anyway, the combo can be lethal to your resolve. Be Strong. You can do it.

My face feels like my glasses weigh about 2 pounds. I woke about 2 hours early this morning and couldn't get back to sleep. And my goddamned car won't start. *headdesk*

I would like to believe that that individual is who/what he claims to be, but I'm a little skeptical. On one hand, it makes for a nice symetry, given Sam's "new" ally, on the other hand...there was the matter of that shadow....

Yeah, they're still keeping their eyes/ears open for me. I've been combing the classified every morning (and sometimes in the afternoon) as well. There's absolutely NOTHING I can apply for. *sigh*

Re: the icon. Everyone loves it - it's one of *my* faves too. My paid LJ account is up for renewal on October 2. That's okay - I can swing the $19.95 - but I decided I really can't afford to keep the upgrade to 100 icons at this time (it's an additional $10). So I downloaded/saved and then deleted all but 30 of my icons last night, in preparation for the non-renewal. That's when I decided to start using this one again. :-)

I've had a headache, too! The bridge of my nose hurts as well and my glasses also feel like they weigh a ton. I think that there is something in the air--- I took a Claritin on top of my BP meds so I've felt weird all day.

I don't have allergies, but between decaff'ing, stress and having a meltdown, I am not a happy camper.
