The check is deposited, the electric and water bills are both paid, I have groceries and my foot is improving. I'm still limping, but I can limp faster, if that says anything.

Did I tell you that the place I visited last Christmas has indeed a Wine'n'Whine Club in their vicinity? It is a group of friends who come together once in a month and moan behind a glass of brew about their lives...

I am not too sure about that. As far as I saw there was never a sober designated driver after those get-togethers; and also not after the Progressive Dinner at New Year's Eve.
