What do you mean, it's ONLY Friday?!

Work tonight was more of the same. I got slammed, the noobs had time to browse the web. I'm glad tomorrow is my Friday---today FEELS like it ought to be Saturday. In the good news, the 35 item order went through; in fact, of all the orders I took Thursday, only one was cancelled. Go, me!

I need to call AI tomorrow and ask what CUUPs plans are for Samhain---although getting my ass up Sunday AM and home to dress in time may be a challenge. Unless I go home after work and return to Schnauzerland immediately thereafter. I have a very pretty trouser suit in autumnal colors that I've been reserving for the occasion. I will try to get pix.

Part of me wants to poach in the jacuzzi for a while before bed, but at the moment, I think bed is going to win.

I've been meaning to ask - the PTB don't hold it against you if an order you took doesn't go through....do they? 'Cause that would be all kinds of stupid. I mean, I know you don't get 'credit' for it if the order is cancelled or whatever, but please tell me they don't penalize you somehow-?

No, they're assholes, but not THAT bad. It's just that sales are part of what determine our raises, so the higher the numbers, the higher the increase.
