I slept for ten hours and felt like I could've slept for a couple more. Even got some REM sleep that I remember...one, I was buying a house; there was a semi-circular patio area with saltillo tiles, a pool that sloped downward like a boat ramp---it had a very rough textured finish, I think I was having flashbacks to the walls in the hallway I was in yesterday---there was a fireplace on the far side of the pool; it and the wall surrounding it were off-white bricks. The owner who was selling it was Robert Conrad, circa 1977.

I wish I could remember more details of the dream I was having when I woke up, it was something about how I was driving my Uncle Frank's old tan Chrysler, and I parked it somewhere and these people had it towed...I was screaming and very upset and they were threatening me...I think the people were Family---I was thinking about the book "The Godfather" last night---I just wanted my car back.

Best night's sleep I've had in MONTHS....

Must have been the night for weird dreams-- I dreamt that there was a black woman in my house with 2 little girls. She was getting them ready for school and they were asking for $1 for lunch money. She told them that she didn't have any money so I was trying to give her the money when I woke up.
Very strange!!
Glad you got some rest. It makes a huge difference.

I wanna know where you can get lunch for a buck?!

I'm looking forward to more rest tonight---I was very mellow today!

So true! I don't think I'd realized just how tired I was. Now if my freaking shoulder will just simmer down, I'll be a happy camper.

Kinda thought you would! I really need to bribe someone to do me a multi-pic icon for my "second-string" guys...a general sort of, "I'm het, and here's why:" montage. Or "A one-track mind is a terrible thing to waste." Something like that to give me images for RC and Mike Connors (James Remar, Clancy Brown, Kurt Russell, Adam Baldwin, Vin Diesel, Patrick Bauchau, Marton Csokas, Ciaran Hinds, Benjamin Bratt, Joe Mantegna, Kris Kristofferson, Michael Chiklis, William Sadler....Okay, I'll stop now. Without cougaring. That would be a whole 'nother icon.)

Oh, wait---and ROBERT MITCHUM. I don't care if he's been dead for 10 years or so, back in the day, he was the hottest of the hot. Kirk Douglas wasn't bad, I also had a fancy for Bogart, but Mitchum was The Man...!

*squee*

I love that you love William Sadler. There's something so 'craggy-handsome' about him...

And if you ever get a chance to snag a $5 copy of Die Hard 2 from one of the DVD bins at WalMart, I strongly recommend it, because unlike the edited-for-TV version, it's got NEKKID William Sadler.

Believe me, if time traveling was do-able, I'd definitely pay the man a visit!

And we've GOT to get you a less depressing icon. You have SHED the loser: Take that hand and pat yourself on the back with it!

Heh! Thanks. I've actually got (*checks*) 48 icons uploaded. I saw that quote somewhere on the internet and just HAD to make a user pic with it. I'd be lying if I said that's not how I feel some days...

We all feel that way some days, and that's okay. But nobody should feel that way every day, and I really hope YOU don't!

No, not every day. Admittedly, though, it's been quite a few consecutive days, here and there, for the last 18 months or so. :-(
