I really should be doing laundry

Liz from church gave me a microwave; now all I have to do is pack the new one back into the box and return it. I've used it exactly three times and kept the receipt, thank goodness. That'll take care of a chunk of the electric or the cable bill.

I posted "Flying Towards Destiny" last night and have gotten requests for more. (Maybe the next time I'm feeling really hormonal and need to get it out of my system....) The Sparrington amnesia thing has found a respectable audience, for a one-shot. It's been up for a week, and is still inching upward at a decent pace, considering PotC is a very well-traveled fandom that's had a hundred other stories posted since then.

Have done a little scribbling on a few of the scenes that have occured to me for the Jools fic. I don't even have a working title yet, but the plot is blossoming nicely. *evil grin* He's such a bastard.

Down girl! *grin* The laundry is going in circles, and while it's doing that, I'm alternating between scribbling and seeing what Wikipedia has to say about MI-6 (particularly during the 1980s).

The Cold War---geez! Glasnost and perestroika and lots of other shit I'm gonna have to research juicy stuff for him to be embroiled in...plus the little matter of Lermov's dead playmate. Oy!
