Okay, so here's the deal--I'm taking my 'puter apart in a little while to deliver it to the guy who's gonna work magic upon it. (After which time, I'll be able to watch TV on it and burn DVDs. Way cool.) That may or may not be completed this evening, so if I don't answer your comments or e-mails, don't panic.

To entertain myself in the interim (NO COMPUTER?! HORRORS!!!), I'm going to a girl's night out with friends from church this evening. Good food and girlfriends to schmooze with. Fun stuff, right?

I hope, I really, really hope he'll get it done tonight. The thought of waking up and not being able to jump up and check my e-mail freaks me out, and it hasn't even happened yet.

I can so relate. The thought of being without email and LJ literally makes me shake. and my fingers twitch. It is horrifying. I will send good vibes in the direction of your computer that it may be fixed up in a timely manner.
