It's been brutally hot here -- high nineties and over 100 some days. The saving grace is that the humidity and the mountains do bring on some thunderstorms.
It makes me a little nuts that when I had to commute, rain or shine, it was mostly rain, and now that I don't have to commute and have new windshield wipers to boot, the weather is as clear as clear can be. I would LOVE a good thunderstorm, as long as it doesn't wreck any electronics!
Oh, please.... What's mine is yours. Snag away. The quote is from Dr. Seuss (gotta love it) and while I made that particular icon, there's several of 'em floating around out there, so don't bother crediting me. :-)
I love that quote so much it hurts. I even threw it in Justin's face a couple of times during our divorce process, when he thought his opinion actually mattered to me. *snort*
It never fails to amaze me how many people think I'm panting for their unsolicited opinion! (Yes, this IS America, and you ARE entitled to your opinion, and what with freedom of speech, you can express it to your heart's content. By the same token, if you're a pain in the ass about it, *I* have the right to tell you to go shit in your hat.)
