BEST DAMN EPISODE EVER





I'm willing to bet that by this time next week, we'll have at least five stories of Dean and Sam confronting each other about "You've been complaining about me to Bobby?". Likewise, there will be at least two tales of Dean and Sam drinking in some quaint Scottish pub, another couple about Dean's traumatic experience on the flight over and/or back, and one crossover that pits Crowley against the Clan MacLeod of Highlander. Good times.

Me, I'm just hoping to see some good Bobby fic show up at singer_salvage.

I've missed the past few episodes (we recently moved - it's been chaotic!) but caught this one. Loved every minute of it! I see I'm not the only one who went to Highlander when it turned out Crowley is a MacLeod. I was really kinda rooting for Bobby and his neighbor - too bad she's not a little more gutsy, though I can understand being put off after being covered in demon blood via woodchipper.

You know what made me laugh loudest, though? Gavin MacLeod - a ship captain. Someone's got a geeky sense of humor.

Gavin MacLeod for the win, although I also snickered when one of Rufus's aliases was "Ruben Stoddard". That's right up there with Agents Tyler and Perry.

Neighbor-lady was fun; I *would* like to see her show up again (canon or fanon, I'm easy), ditto the sheriff, who is just made of awesome.

When they said "Fergus MacLeod", the first thing out of my mouth was "---of the Clan MacLeod!". That, and what Fergus made his deal for---OMG!

Oh yeah, Ruben Stoddard was funny too. I know I should know Tyler and Perry but I'm not catching it. I'm guessing I'll feel silly when I find out what the allusion is.

It was indeed! Bobby rocked so hard, and I about wet my pants laughing when he mimicked Crowley. Rufus was totally awesome too, with that badass craziness cranked up to 11.

That Crowley is the new king of Hell made me happy because it means we'll get to see Mark A. Sheppard again. :)
