Since my NYE banquet of Chinese food was tabled---no pun intended---for lack of funds, I took the Publix GC I got from the C's and acquired a bag of teriyaki medley veggies, some noodles, and it's cooking as I type.

Gotta go stir---happy New Year!

I sure hope that this year will be somewhat better than the last... although I am not holding my breath for many reasons (needing the oxygen being the main one). Better if the year keeps level at least... You know, I really do not dare to hope much. So, a copeworthy new year, you all!

We had a Pizza Hut thin crust supreme pizza...I hadn't had a "store bought" pizza in a while and it was good.

I like their stuffed crust...but I'm trying to stay away from it for a while---at least til I've lost what I gained over the holidays!
