It's going to be a long weekend

I won't find out the results of my interview until Monday at the earliest, because the business owner has several more people he's interviewing. One of them has prior experience, oh joy. If she really, really needs it more then me, that's one thing, otherwise, I hope she doesn't click. Guh, all this angsting over a 15-24 hour a week minimum wage job.

"Dress code" was mentioned in the online posting; I asked him and he said nothing too revealing: no sleeveless tops, shorts to the knee, and no sweatpants. Okay, I can do all that---I don't even OWN any sweatpants!---and close-toed shoes rather than sandals, again, not a problem. So that part is easily managed.

Had on Robin Hood, Prince of Thieves this evening. Was staggered to realize it's 20 years old! I first saw it with GK at an early matinee, and we both squeed when Sean Connery showed up at the end.

Have a movie evening planned with J tomorrow. "Movie night" is a somewhat generic term---it's as likely to be several eps of something back-to-back.

Okay, I'm at the point where my IQ is dropping ten points every ten minutes. Time for bed!

Good luck with getting the job. I can relate to the 'movie night' since we got Netflix it really has been sharing older TV shows that the others have not seen before.
