WIZMO stands for "Where Is My Order?" and is a common reason for many of the calls we get. Today, I had not one, but *two* people, who called within, like, an hour of each other, and in both cases, I told them that according to the shipper, their order had been delivered. And in both cases, the callers went outside with there portable phones, rummaged around, and went, "OH! There it is!" (And both times, I somehow managed to hold off on cracking up until I'd released the call.)
Although when it comes to shippers, I *know* how inaccurate their tracking info can be---I will testify that with one of my recent purchases, the tracking info showed it was in Jacksonville as of 5AM Sunday morning...and still showed that info until after the package was actually in my hot little hands late Monday afternoon.
The moral of the story is, don't call the order line and jump on our case, because we're just as much at the mercy of the carriers as anyone else! (And they're at the mercy of the weather---when a major hub gets snowed in, there's not much either of us can do about it!)
