Due to overwhelming amounts of Real Life, we're going to move the TV tomorrow after all. Not a big deal. I've been spending the evening productively trying to get somewhat caught up on my transcription.

Today was a helluva long day. I got one prize customer who had a check returned because we don't accept them unless they have a check number on them and his name and address printed on it. So what does Mr. Genius do? He sticks a return address label on it, writes the number "1" in the other corner, and sends it back. Then he calls and screams at me for returning it. Well, guess what? He's getting it back again. Now the account is noted, Tell Dumbass the patient to send a cashier's check or money order.... Oy! Some people sure are thick.
