What with Daylight Savings Time and all, I'm losing an hour of my weekend, but in the other 47 hours, I want to get a lot done. (Which may or may not happen...I *always* have big plans for accomplishing things when I'm stuck and work and can't possibly do any of them.) I need to do laundry, dishes and some recycling, clean out my car, pay bills and write something! That's the bare minimum.

I also need to wash my hair so it'll be clean for church in the morning, decide what I'm going to wear, and at some point (as soon as the kitchen is functional again) pop that brisket into the slow-cooker for din-din. Mmmm, corned beef---it's what's for dinner!

Most of what I've eaten today has been ice cream (Moose Tracks, to be specific). The best thing that can be said is that there is no ice cream left.... A quart of ice cream...oh God, how? (One spoonful at a time, distracted as I read Plum Lovin'....) I feel like I should pose for one of those pictures of rodents with their cheek pouches crammed with food. Gluttony is a close second to sloth as my favorite deadly sin...lust is a distant third.

Speaking of lust, as usual, reading Evanovich had me contemplating one of my favorite fictional hunks, namely, Ranger. Which led me to try to list the three fictional guys I'd most like to shag. Ranger easily claimed #1 for Literary Stud Muffin. John Winchester beat out Jools Siviter as TV Stud Muffin (because I think he'd be more fun, although I'm sure Jools has some interesting...proclivities and I wouldn't say no---I wouldn't dare!).

Movie Stud Muffin is more difficult; El Mariachi is a strong contender (Desperado, Once Upon a Time in Mexico), Riddick (Pitch Black) is another (like Jools, I'm sure it would be quite an experience)---the trouble is, I have a tendency to go for bad boys. Like Riddick, the Kurgan (Highlander the original movie---because Clancy Brown's voice makes me melt!) is high-testosterone, but much worse for one's health than quarts of ice cream. The Christian Bale version of Bruce Wayne, maybe?** (Patrick Bateman? suggests the little voice that likes the bad boys better.) This will take some earnest contemplation.

Okay, ladies, who are *your* fictitious shaggables?

Seeing the trailer for Grindhouse (link below) reminded me that Snake Plissken is another prime shaggable. I'm sensing a definite theme here---all these sci-fi bad boys....

I used to have a Snake Plissken icon. Damn it, 100 icons isn't nearly enough!

There! I *knew* I had that kicking around somewhere! (fixes icon)
