Whiskey tango foxtrot?

I just hacked up a 550 word plot bunny. Where the hell did THAT come from? And just to make it seasonal, it's a New Year's Eve fic.

Not that I mind---I'm kind of hoping to get my total number of stories posted on FF.net up to one hundred this year. I'm currently at 93, so it's doable: I've already got this one, and The Crack!fic That Grew a Plot...I need to ransack my harddrive/cough up a few more ficlets.

Just one more shift to go, thank you, God! And that's going to be nothing but "Is it too late to place an order for Christmas?" (YES.) "Where's the order I placed on such-and-such date?" (It doesn't matter. Either you'll get it or you won't---at this point, there ain't a cotton-pickin' thing I can do about it!)

One piece of happy news: the nearly $900 order I placed as my last call Thursday night DID go through, oh joy!
