Lunch with the gals was good. Had the pasta e fagioli with breadsticks and salad, and for dessert, the chocolate torte with strawberries. Quite luscious, surprisingly so for 'No sugar added'.

Logan's Run was good. It's held up pretty well, considering, although there was one glaring analog moment, literally---in the plastic surgery boutique, there was a gizmo with a counter that had printed numbers flipping over. If it had been made just a couple years later, that would've been digital! Aside from that, it made me want to write meta about the ways in which it was a product of its age. Maybe later.

Right now, I have to log in for work. Right now!

This has been a pretty good evening, and just to prove that it isn't always shite, I just sold a Le Snobbi bag for my biggest sale of the day: $325 (It was on sale.). That makes up for the earlier disappointment of not being able to sell some Le Snobbi shoes to a lady in Ireland---we don't ship abroad, and I was bummed. She had a darling accent, and I would have happily listened to her for another ten minutes or so.

Speaking of shoes (and I can't recall if I did), CF is on vacation for 2 weeks, so a week from Monday, after I get paid, we're going to pop down to Melbourne for some shopping at Payless Shoes and Catherine's. *does Snoopy dance*

Yay, my weekend commences NOW! I think I'll raid the fridge and watch Torchwood. I caught a glimpse on my break, and it looked darned interesting. Shades of The Purple Rose of Cairo!
