I'm on my way to work to find out whether or not I still have a job. Cranberry red shirt, black and white polka-dot skirt, sequinned ruby slippers. Colorful and brave, at least that's the idea.

In what Universe does it make sense to get rid of someone experienced in order to hire someone who doesn't know what they're doing and will take longer? With no guarantee that they'll achieve the level of sales I do?
