Confessions of a One-Track Mind

Finally, after a little less than two weeks of deprivation, my connection is back on. I called the cable company from B's this afternoon (after a really scrumptious dinner---coming on the heels of last night's very good dinner, I'm a happy camper) and they pinged my box and apparently THAT was what it needed after they CLAIM they sent a tech out twice yesterday.

So---all the news that's fit to print: ( which you are of course under no obligation to wade through, as I'm making up for one week and five days of repression )

All righty! Having gotten all that unburdened, I think I'll go post something. I was trying for crack, but it actually makes sense. How do I DO that?!

Guaranteed to make anybody feel blonde---my cable/net got shut off because they want money. I'm perfectly willing to pay them...next payday. So if my updates cease---because this running to the library shit is already getting old!---don't anybody panic. I'm okay, just disorganized.

On the plus side, not constantly being distracted by the siren call of my f'list, I'm getting some quality time in working on Known and Unknown. (Yeah, Dean's out for blood.) Hope it gets more reaction that Seen and Unseen, which tapered off to the same four or five people commenting---thanks for sticking around!

This is certainly a wake-up call for me, fiscally speaking. And here I thought I was on top of things...definitely not, if this is the result.
